Managing Partner (He/Him/His)
Charles L. Mix, Esq.
Charles L. Mix is the son of Pro Football Hall-of-Famer and retired attorney Ron Mix. Charles obtained a Master’s degree in Education with an emphasis in Sports Management from Boston University before entering what amounted to an 11 year career in law enforcement. His ranks and titles included Infectious Diseases Instructor, Hostage Negotiator, Police Detective, Police Corporal, and District Attorney Investigator. Charles found his father’s commitment and passion in assisting injured employees to be contagious and worked full time while attending law school at night to join Ron’s firm in 2012. Charles enjoys continuing to do the work his father championed by assisting former professional athletes. Expanding the practice to assist those workers that are on the “front line” of helping and protecting the public comes naturally as a result of his prior life as a public servant.
In his spare time, Charles enjoys spending time with family, almost anything that results in laughter, and riding “Angus,” his Harley Davidson. He is also on the Board of Directors for a local non-profit arts foundation.

Pat is an active member of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Orange County Bar Association, and has served as a Judge Pro Tem for the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board.
In his spare time, Pat is a sports history enthusiast. He loves researching historical sporting events, teams and players. He collects sports memorabilia and is an active member of the Society of American Baseball Research [SABR], as well as a Patron Member of the Baseball Hall of Fame.

Upon graduating and passing the Bar, Victoria worked for an intellectual property firm in San Diego before opening her own firm. As a retired Division 1 athlete from U.C. Berkeley (Go Bears!), Victoria has spent the majority of her pre-law career competing and coaching, which makes her intimately aware of the injuries that elite athletes endure. She brings a teamwork approach and competitive spirit while maintaining a commitment to the clients she serves
In her spare time, Victoria enjoys spending quality time with her family, hanging out with her dogs (Diesel and Django), camping, vacations and just about anything that involves an adrenaline rush.
